What is Divorce Coaching?
Divorce Coaching
is a task- and results-oriented process.  A Divorce Coach helps clients adjust to the transition from married life to single life.  Divorce Coaching helps reduce the chaos and stress experienced, as a consequence of separation and divorce.  (Clients need not  be married, or have been married, to benefit from Divorce Coaching).

The coaching process helps clients focus on the practical necessities of what needs to be done, while also dealing with the emotions that naturally occur.

Coaching is not therapy or counseling. Coaching is a supportive relationship that is goal-directed. It may provide therapeutic value, but it is not therapy nor is a diagnosis made. It is a forward thinking and future planning process which assists clients to live fulfilling, balanced and successful lives before, during, and after separation and divorce.

What is Parent Coaching?
Parent Coaching uses the same processes and has the same future orientation as Divorce Coaching with the additional benefit of developing skills necessary for parents to co-parent effectively for the benefit of their child(ren). Development of co-parenting skills through Parent Coaching can help parents navigate through the hostility and conflict that often occurs around communication with the other parent regarding scheduling, school activities, holidays, decision making, and new partners.

Parent Coaching can also benefit parents that are not separated or divorced.
